Summary

Robert J. Quinn, Ed.D., is professor of Secondary Mathematics Education. His research focuses on developing and studying innovative strategies to teach mathematics involving the use of technology, manipulatives, problem, solving, and cooperative learning. He has a particular affinity toward probability and statistics.

Robert currently teaches EDSC 453/653 Teaching Secondary Mathematics, EDSC 353 Teaching Secondary Geometry, and CTL 702 Critical Issues in Secondary Education every fall semester and CTL 721 Evaluation of Classroom Learning and EDSC 459/659 Technology Application in Secondary Mathematics every spring.

In 2011, he was the inaugural recipient of the Judith S. Bible Distinguished Teaching Award.
