Science Store

The Science Store at the Fleischmann Planetarium and Science Center is home to a variety of space-themed gadgets, toys, books, socks and more. Official glow-in-the-dark Planetarium t-shirts are also available for purchase.

Hours of operation

The Science Store is open to the public on the following days each week:

Fridays: 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. | 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Tax exempt products

All items in the Science Store are tax exempt and every purchase supports the Planetarium's mission of fostering interest in astronomy and space exploration through K-12 public education engagement and outreach efforts.

  • Milky Ways, Pop Rocks, Moon Pies and other space-related brand name candies are available for purchase in the Science Store. Miniature projector domes and crystal geodes are also sold in the store. Inventory varies depending on time of year and supply availability.
