Summary
Chloe Hoy-Bianchi joined the NNIC team in November 2020, working in Refugee Resettlement program, facilitating refugee youth programs, coordinating community volunteers and donations. In October 2021, Chloe transitioned to the Office Manager position, utilizing her love of all things organization and spreadsheets to support the office in an administrative capacity.
Chloe is certified in Mental Health First Aid and is an advocate for disability and chronic illness equity in the workplace. She leads the initiative to certify NNIC as a Green Business and works to ensure that all facets of the organization are aware of its collective carbon footprint.
Originally from California, Chloe has had the opportunity to travel to multiple countries through music and education programs. She fostered her love of music and travel by studying both classical voice techniques and global music cultures at university. She enjoys writing poetry, baking gluten-free treats, and playing with her three cats and giant Great Dane.
