The University website is one of our biggest platforms for telling our story, and we aim to leverage that platform with websites that support the University brand; showcase our amazing students, faculty and staff; and serve users by making information easy to find and simple to use.

The University CMS
The University uses a content management system, or CMS, called Ingeniux to support its websites. Our CMS is managed by the Office of Marketing & Communications and is available to units on campus to host their websites. Websites in the CMS get the benefit of having branded, accessible templates maintained by web developers and designers in the Office of Marketing & Communications. Units hosting websites in the CMS agree to abide by the brand guidelines, web style guide and content standards set forth by the Office of Marketing & Communications.

Other web hosting options
The CMS isn't the right choice for every website. University members who want to create a website not supported by the CMS can consider PackPages, another CMS that the University supports.
PackPages provides branded, accessible templates for users to set up their own websites.
The Office of Marketing & Communications does not provide support for third-party web services such as Wordpress.com, Webbly, Wix or Squarespace.
