The videos enhance transparency and simplify complex financial aid information

To help new and returning students and their families navigate the complexities of financial aid offers, the ÍƼöÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ has partnered with video companies RNL and Allied Pixel to create tailored videos messages that explain a student’s specific financial aid offer. The videos were unveiled in mid-March to new students and current students will start to receive their personalized videos later this spring. Students will receive unique videos explaining their options once their financial aid offer package has been determined.

The videos are intended to create clearer communication of complex financial aid offers and increase transparency by providing detailed, personalized information in an easily consumable format. Available in English and Spanish, they make financial aid more accessible, helping parents and families stay informed and engaged in the process.

“We are happy to provide a personalized touch that helps students understand their financial aid options,” Jeanette Chan-Rivera, manager, marketing & recruitment, Office for Prospective Students, said.

Some students have already received their personalized videos, and have responded positively saying that the videos are informative, helpful and they appreciate the explanations of each scholarship offered.

The University hopes these videos help provide students with the critical information they need to make college a reality.
