This partnership between the University and Academic Impressions provides employee training and development resources designed specifically for professionals working in our industry. All employee types (academic faculty, administrative faculty, classified staff, postdocs, graduate assistants, medical residents, LOAs and student employees) have access to the Academic Impressions’ online content. Topic areas range from skills-based trainings for professionals in all areas of higher education to leadership trainings on topics such as supervision, personal effectiveness, faculty success, advancement, customer service, diversity, equity and inclusion and more.

Once an employee has created an account, they can complete most of the courses in the following formats: remote virtual trainings, remote virtual conferences and remote live webcasts.
