Scholarships

Students can pursue scholarships from various sources, including external organizations, the State of Nevada, and the 推荐杏吧原创.

New freshmen scholarships

Learn more about the variety of scholarships available to new freshman, such as the Presidential Scholarship (worth $8,000 per year for up to four years).

College/department scholarships

To be considered for college and department scholarships, new and continuing undergraduate and graduate students must complete the annual scholarship application in MyNEVADA supplemental forms.

Pack Promise+

If you qualify, you’ll get at least $11,000 in gift aid (grants and scholarships) to help pay for your tuition, fees and books. Gift aid is financial aid that does not require repayment.

Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE)

If you're a new freshman or transfer student from the Western U.S., you can save on your out-of-state tuition.

We are a proud participant in WUE, which allows students from participating states and territories to pay only 150% of our standard Nevada resident tuition. 

Millennium Scholarship

The Governor Guinn Millennium Scholarship Program provides scholarships to Nevada high school graduates that meet eligibility requirements.

National Merit Scholarship

The National Merit Scholarship provides select students with up to $16,000 per year for up to four years of consecutive undergraduate study at the 推荐杏吧原创.
