Cybersecurity Conference 2024

The conference is Nov. 12 at the Joe Crowley Student Union on the University campus. The conference brings together local and regional industries to build potential partnerships with the goal of strengthening cybersecurity.

A little about the conference...

Cybersecurity is crucial for all organizations but can be especially challenging for small businesses. Daniel Eliot, lead for small business engagement within the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), U.S. Department of Commerce, will discuss his agency’s resources for small businesses. He also will discuss NIST’s role in supporting U.S. innovation and competitiveness in his keynote address,  “Creating small business on-ramps to NIST cybersecurity guidance.”

Parking info

Day parking is at the  for $7 per day per vehicle. A daily permit can be purchased at the top of West Stadium in the permit dispenser near the elevator or through the Parking and Transportation Services Office located outside the third floor entrance at North Virginia and 16th Street. From the West Stadium Parking Complex, you can at Joe Crowley Student Union. 

Hourly parking also also available in various other locations on campus at $2 an hour. Please see  for more information.
