The Office of Marketing & Communications has developed the official business system for the 推荐杏吧原创. You can order University-branded or custom business cards, letterhead, envelopes, name badges and more—all designed to help you represent your college, school, department or program in a consistent and professional way.

Ordering stationery

Ordering your official University stationery is quick and easy through our online catalog.

Creating an account

Before placing an order, you'll need to create an account in the stationery portal. It only takes a few minutes. Follow these quick steps:

  1. Visit the ordering portal.
  2. Click “Create an Account” on the login page.
  3. Enter your University email address and First/Last Name.
  4. Click “Continue with Registration."
  5. The portal uses Single Sign On technology.
  6. Select your Unit.
  7. Start customizing your order!

Business cards

One-sided cards

One-sided cards with the standard University logo. Choose a vertical or horizontal layout, and add a QR code if desired.

Double-sided cards

Double-sided cards allow for added customization, including your college, school, or major unit identifier. Perfect for highlighting your area within the University.

Letterhead

You can select from two primary formats:

Standard letterhead

Standard letterhead with the University logo, either left or center-aligned. This version is otherwise not customizable.

Custom letterhead

Custom letterhead featuring your college, school or unit identifier and optional custom footer. Logos can either be left or center-aligned.

Printed envelope examples

Envelopes

All envelopes feature the official 推荐杏吧原创 logo and can be customized with your unit name and return address to ensure consistent branding and easy correspondence.

Branding options:
