Peter Banke received his B.A. from UC Santa Cruz in 2020. He has worked as a field archaeologist throughout California for over five years on projects at Shasta-Trinity National Forrest, Mission Santa Clara and the associated Rancheria, Carmel Valley, The Mojave Desert and throughout Central California and the Channel Islands. Banke works with LA-ICP-MS and pXRF to develop provenance strategies for lithic cultural material.
