Current status: M.A. Student

Dominic is a current M.A. student interested in studying high elevation land use and settlement patterns in the Sierra Nevada. He received his B.A. in anthropology from the 推荐杏吧原创 and has worked as a teaching assistant at The Holzman site field school for Adelphi University. The field school was conducted in Alaska on a late Pleistocene site near the Tanana River in interior Alaska (2017-2019). There he was responsible for handling artifact provenience data and teaching undergraduate students field methods in archaeology. Dominic also participated in a salvage excavation for the Utqia摹vik Iñupiat Corporation at the Walakpa archaeological site near Barrow Alaska (2017). In 2018 and 2019 he also worked for Chickaloon Native Village in South Central Alaska aiding in the survey and documentation of sites within traditional territory for Chickaloon Native Village. He has also worked in CRM with Far Western Anthropological Research Group since 2020 on various projects around the Great Basin and California.
