Enrollment verification
The Office of Admissions and Records verifies student enrollment status and the 推荐杏吧原创 and the Nevada System of Higher Education have authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verifications.
Enrollment verification does not include your grades or courses taken while enrolled as a student at the 推荐杏吧原创. If you require that information, you must request a transcript. Instead, enrollment verification includes the following information:
- Enrollment status (i.e., half-time, full-time, less-than-halftime)
- Term start and end dates

Enrollment verification ordering process
The Office of Admissions and Records uses a self-service system that allows current students to obtain an enrollment certificate that verifies their current or past-term enrollment. An active NetID and valid password are required to use this service.
Other types of enrollment verification
If you need additional enrollment information, such as expected graduation date, degree completion, number of credit hours enrolled or the Registrar signature, you must contact the Office of Admissions and Records directly, either in-person or with the form link below.
Requesting enrollment information
To request specific enrollment information, use the . For personal verification, you will be required to attach a copy of your photo ID. You will also be required to provide us with the fax number, email address, or mailing address for your verification.
Requesting enrollment information in-person
To request specific enrollment information in-person, visit the Office of Admissions and Records on the second floor of the Fitzgerald Student Services building. There is no charge for requesting an enrollment verification in-person.

For employers requesting enrollment verification or for background checks, please contact the to submit an online request or call (703) 742-4200 to make a request by phone. Please remember, there is a charge for any verification requests made through the National Student Clearinghouse.
