Summary
Sarah Bousman has been with Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) for more than twenty years. She first joined the Wolf Pack family as an international graduate student and earned her master’s degree in Agricultural Economics. After working in private industry as internal auditor, controller and VP of finance, Sarah came back to the University in 2004 as the Director of Finance for the University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC). She then served as the Budget Director for the NSHE Desert Research Institute before again returning to the University in 2018 as the CFO in Athletics. Sarah is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Sarah has great passion for education and is a strong advocate for our international programs. She loves hiking in the Sierras and around Lake Tahoe. After thirty years living in Reno, she proudly calls herself a Nevadan.
