Enjoy an elegant dinner featuring deliciously local food at the Desert Farming Initiative’s second annual Farm to Fork Dinner event Saturday, Sept. 23 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The will feature local food, prepared by Liberty Food & Wine, including Bentley Ranch beef, Holley Family Farms lamb, Snyder Family Farms raspberries and onions and vegetables from the 推荐杏吧原创’s farms.

The 推荐杏吧原创’s Desert Farming Initiative has partnered with Western Nevada College Specialty Crop Institute to host the outdoor event, sponsored by , with proceeds going to support student internships at the farm, and building future leaders in the industry. The dinner will be held at the Desert Farming Initiative headquarters at the Nevada Agricultural Experiment Station’s  at 920 Valley Rd, Reno.
