Paul Voigt spent 17 years at Glencore where he actively built and lead teams in the design, development, implementation, commissioning and ramp-up of innovative hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical processes and processing equipment for the extraction and recovery of base and precious metals from complex feeds.
