Ph.D. in Geophysics, NSL Graduate Student She/her/hers

Summary

A Bay Area native, I've always been interested in geology and earthquakes, deciding to become a geologist when I was 6. I received my B.S. in Geology with an emphasis in geophysics from UC Davis in 2019. While there, I completed a senior thesis on seismic anisotropy in Surprise Valley, CA. After graduation, I worked in environmental consulting in Seattle and then as a substitute teacher back in California. I started my Ph.D. in geophysics at UNR in 2022, working with Dr. Daniel Trugman in the Nevada Seismological Laboratory. My current research is focused on Earthquake Early Warning and implementing it in Nevada.

In my free time I enjoy hiking, crafting, and hanging out with my dog.
